Luxembourgish garden-quince juice fermented and delicately balanced with filtered water and a touch of sweetness for a radiant aperitif packed with the glorious taste of quince. Made from 100% quince, the fruit is selected and pressed, the fine juice fermented and matured in stainless steel barrels until it is ready to be blended for bottling. Bottled lightly sparkling to give this bold and elegant drink a delightful bubbliness. Big, bold nose full of ripe, honeyed quince and rich forest fruits. BIOG
A particularly fruity organic jam with 70% strawberries, which is not only delicious on bread or in yoghurt for breakfast, but also with pancakes, crêpes or rice pudding or as a filling for pastries. The sun-ripened strawberries are organically grown by BIOG’s French partner Cototerra in the Loire Valley near Nantes and freshly processed according to a traditional recipe. The BIOG Strawberry Jam contains 30% less sugar compared to a classic jam. Also available in the varieties raspberry and apricot. CAVES WENGLER
Aged Above the Clouds – Zacapa 23 rum is produced in Guatemala at an altitude of 2,300 metres. Aged according to the solera method, in old bourbon barrels, it is made from the first pressing of virgin sugar cane and is fermented with yeast extracted from pineapples. On the palate, it releases flavours of vanilla and dried fruit, softened by notes of honey and caramel. Designated as one of the best rums in the world, it is orchestrated by Lorena Vasquez, one of the few female Master Blenders. Zacapa 23 is perfect to be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
VINS ET VIE
The high-quality fine cannery Conservas de Cambados is located in the Ria Arousa, in the heart of the Galician coast. This region is known for its cold, clean sea water and the exceptional quality of its seafood and fish. The fish are caught responsibly in season, without trawls or bottom trawls, with the “dolfin safe” seal of quality. They are carefully selected and processed entirely by hand right up to packaging, without additives or preservatives. These fillet strips of bluefin tuna are undoubtedly one of their finest products.
