The third and last event of “Wine…Enjoy” trilogy will take place on the 2nd and 3d of December in Wormeldange. “Wine Lights Enjoy” will have vineyards illuminated by a spectacular light show to make this family-friendly event both fascinating and entertaining!
After the success of “Wine Cheese Enjoy” this past February and “Wine Taste Enjoy” in May, the regional tourist office is partnering up with the municipality of Wormeldange to organise a light show for the “Wine Lights Enjoy” (WLE), thus completing its “Wine…Enjoy” trilogy.
The event will take place over two evenings, on the 2nd and 3d of December, in the vineyards between Wormeldange and Ahn. Skybeamers, LEDs and laser technology will transform the vineyard landscape into a fascinating light show. Throughout the 5km long trail, 14 winegrowers will introduce their products and offer tastings. Food trucks as Celtic Fish & Chips, LëtzeBurger and D’Humeur Végétale will also serve food along with associations of the municipality of Wormeldange.
In addition to the entry ticket, the “Tasting Ticket” provides participants with 15 vouchers for wine tastings and a glass of wine. This ticket contains a QR code and must be printed or presented on a mobile device on the day of the event. A free shuttle bus will also be provided. Line 1 serves the villages of Schengen, Remich, Ehnen, Wormeldange, Ahn, Grevenmacher and Wasserbillig and Line 2 connects Dreiborn to Wormeldange and Ahn. Participants are encouraged to use the nearby car parks and shuttle buses to get to the site more comfortably so as to fully enjoy the spectacular light shows!
