Whole baked cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 bouquet of fresh coriander
- 8 tablespoons low-fat white cheese (curd)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Juice from 1 lime
- Salt, pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220° C.
- Clean and wash the cauliflower and wrap in silver foil and bake in the oven at 220° C for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the silver foil and continue to bake the cauliflower until it is golden brown.
- Remove and cut into 8 pieces.
- Mix the onion with the coriander, pepper and salt, turmeric, lime juice, soy sauce and cord cheese and serve as a sauce with the cauliflower.
