KACHEN had the honour of being invited by Symposium, Wengler Châteaux & Domaines’ mixology platform, for an immersive experience in the middle of nature to highlight the 100% natural side of Belvedere Vodkas.
On a sunny Sunday, we were invited to an exceptional culinary experience offering a 100% natural food and cocktail pairing. A brunch around nature highlighting a new approach to gastronomy and mixology. The cocktails created by the Symposium team, mixed with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients selected at Les Paniers de Sandrine, were perfectly paired with the 100% plant-based brunch created by Jean-Baptiste Durand, chef at Restaurant Osé.
The venue? Sandrine’s greenhouse, where large tables were set up in a botanical universe, surrounded by water, rye and fire. A unique immersion in simplicity and authenticity.
All this echoes to the DNA of Belvedere, a premium and 100% natural vodka, made only from Polish rye, purified water and distilled by fire. Its raw materials are GMO-free, traceable and come from nearby agricultural partners.
