- 125 g Salad mix (baby leaf)
- 3 pre-cooked beets (vaccum packed)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
- Start by washing and draining the salad.
- Cut the beets into small cubes.
- For the dressing, mix the balsamic vinegar with olive oil.
- In a pan, roast the sesame seeds.
- Assemble everything in a salad bowl. Enjoy !
