Blackberry Traybake - Thermomix

Ingredients
- 250 g soft butter
- 125 g white sugar
- 125 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g ground almonds
- 250 g blackberries
- 50 g white chocolate
- fresh blackberries
- 30 g chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan oven).
- Cut the soft butter into pieces. Place the butter and sugar in the bowl and blend for 2 mins on speed 4 until the mixture is white and creamy.
- Blend for 1 min 30 / speed 4 and add the eggs one by one through the opening in the lid.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the flour, baking powder and ground almonds and blend for 1 min 30 / speed 4. Carefully add the blackberries and blend for 30 seconds on speed 2.
- Pour the batter into a lined cake tin (20 x 20 cm) and bake for 45-55 minutes. Leave to cool completely.
- Unmould the cake. Melt the white chocolate and pour over the cake. Decorate with fresh blackberries and, if necessary, roasted slivered almonds.
