On Tuesday, November 21, the new school restaurant “An der Léier” was inaugurated at the Lycée Technique de Bonnevoie. The new training restaurant can accommodate up to 40 people and is intended to serve as a gastronomic restaurant for the teaching staff and for special evening events.
Under the guidance of cooking teachers, LTB students can learn the theory as well as the practical aspects of the work in the gastronomic sector.
This first major project under the new director Mike Borschette aims to enhance and make more attractive the educational programs in the field of gastronomy.
