Lavender Cookies

Ingredients
- 170 g wholemeal wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g soft butter
- 115 g blossom honey
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 tsp dried lavender flowers
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Cream the butter and honey in a mixing bowl and add the egg.
3. Add the lavender flowers, flour mixture and salt and mix together.
4. Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Spoon the batter onto it to make small biscuits.
5. Bake for 15 minutes and leave to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
