On Monday, January 29, 2024, the latest event by “Les Sucrés du Lux” took place, this time at the Librairie Ernster branch in the Cloche D’Or Shopping Center. Under the theme of “Showcooking”, the crème de la crème of Luxembourg’s patisserie scene gathered to showcase their skills and creations.
Formed in 2016, the association “Les Sucrés du Lux” serves as a platform for patissiers from Luxembourg and the surrounding region to share and evolve their passion for their craft. This event was no exception, featuring prominent names like Paul Bungert and his team from “Ma Langue Sourit”, Pauline Michelin and Bruno Fabbian from “Hostellerie du Grunewald / Chef’s Table”, Florian Chauvière from “Le Skybar”, Jersson Olivares from “Restaurant le Clairefontaine”, Jonathan Szymkowiak from Kaempff-Kohler, and Alexandra Pancher from “Gudde Kascht”.
The event offered a unique chance to experience the latest trends and techniques in the world of patisserie.
