At a time of increasing emphasis on regionality and quality in food production, Luxlait and Poll-Fabaire are making a flavourful statement. Their new Sorbet au Crémant Rosé is an ode to Luxembourgish craftsmanship, combining Luxembourg’s finest dairy products with the sparkling elegance of Crémant Rosé.
When you think of products made in Luxembourg, you probably think of wine first. And rightly so, because white wine from the Luxembourgish Moselle is not only very popular in the country, but also with wine lovers all over the world. Luxembourgish dairy products are another export hit: Milk, cream and butter from the Grand Duchy are appreciated in many international cuisines for their high quality.
Now the two largest manufacturers from these two cornerstones of the local food industry have joined forces to bring a very special product onto the market to coincide with the festive season.
Sorbet Crémant Rosé: fresh and fruity
As the name suggests, this is a sorbet made from Poll-Fabaire’s Crémant Rosé. This is a unique fusion of dairy expertise and local winemaking tradition, resulting in a high-quality, local product. The new sorbet creation combines the rich, fruity flavours of crémant with the freshness and sweetness familiar to sorbets from the Luxlait product line. The sorbet can either be enjoyed on its own or mixed with the matching Crémant Rosé from Poll-Fabaire to add that certain something.

A 100% local product
From the grapes and milk to the final product, all ingredients come from Luxembourg and are also processed locally. The “100% Made in Luxembourg” label not only guarantees origin, but also high quality. Both Luxlait and Domaines Vinsmoselle are deeply rooted in Luxembourgish agriculture, which ensures the integration of local resources and sustainable farming practices. This not only showcases the strength and quality of Luxembourg’s craftsmanship, but also strengthens the local economy.
The Crémant Rosé Sorbet is now available in all supermarkets where Luxlait and Domaines Vinmoselle products are available. It is also on sale in the Domaines Vinmoselle shops in Grevenmacher, Wormeldange, Wellenstein, Remerschen and Vinocity.
