The Skybar rooftop will be transformed into an exciting venue, featuring comfortable loungers and high tables amidst a mesmerising ambience of lights and music provided by a talented DJ. It sets the stage for an unforgettable culinary adventure.
Indulge in a variety of gourmet and creative bites as the renowned chefs of Foodamental showcase their culinary prowess. From savoury to sweet, you’ll be treated to an array of delectable dishes served on trays or prepared right before your eyes through captivating showcooking demonstrations. Les Sucrés du Lux will tantalise your taste buds with their exquisite sweet creations. Expect over twenty delightful bites crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.
On the chef’s side, you will be able to enjoy the creations of Renaud Nols (Skybar), Ryodo Kajiwara (Ryôdô), Jeremmy Parjouet & Emma Schmidt (Les Jardins d’Anaïs), Terry Chabeaux & Paul Fourier (Le Royal), Carole Lesquer (Flûte Alors!), Yann Castano (Radici), Cathy Goedert (Mawaka) and Gerson Atalaya. And for the Sucrés du Lux, Paul Bungert (Ma Langue Sourit) and Jonathan Szymkowiak (Kaempff Kohler) will satisfy lovers of sweet treats.
Complementing the culinary delights, sommeliers, bartenders, and baristas will guide you through a selection of carefully crafted cocktails, premium wines, original soft drinks, and flavorful coffees.
