450 g prawns, without shell and guts, with tail.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- 1 tsp garlic clove, finely chopped
- ½ tsp ginger, chopped
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 tsp soy sauce
For the marinade, mix all the ingredients and divide into two small bowls. Marinate the prawns with half of the sauce for 15 to 30 minutes. Heat a little oil in a pan. Remove the prawns from the marinade and drain briefly. Then sear the prawns over a medium heat for about 1 minute on both sides until browned. Using tongs, turn the prawns several times in the caramelised sauce on the bottom of the pan. Serve hot drizzled with the remaining half of the sauce.
