For the Chocolate & Caramel Tart, Fischer Bakery has once again relied on a recipe that combines tradition and the know-how of its pastry chefs. On a pastry inspired by the “Linzer Torte”, the bakers have applied ” by touches ” the chocolate and the caramel ganache. For extra taste, they used salted butter, and to ensure a little crunchiness when eating, they added milk “criespies” and hazelnut slivers. At the first bite, you find yourself in your childhood kitchen, with all the exquisite smells of chocolate, as well as warm milk and lightly roasted hazelnuts.
