This 23rd and 24th of October the Luxembourgish Moselle noble fruit distillers invite you to their traditional Distillers’ Day “D’Miselerland brennt!” to present the cultural and culinary richness of their distillates.
For more than 10 years, the Distillers’ Day “D’Miselerland brennt!” has been a festive weekend for the country’s various distillers to showcase their expertise. For the first time, the Distillers’ Day is being extended across borders and will also be held in parallel in the German Moselle region on 23rd and 24th October under the motto “Die Mosel brennt!”.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of fine Miselerland spirits by visiting the various distillers and enjoying their work first hand. The programme for the two days includes visits, entertainment, walks and culinary highlights.
The doors of the 5 Luxembourgish distilleries will be open on Saturday between 2pm and 6pm and on Sunday between 11am and 6pm. Individual modifications are possible in the different distilleries.
The “Trüffen aus dem Miselerland” (chocolate truffles from the Luxembourgish Moselle region) created on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Distillers’ Day 2020 will be produced again this year and will be available for purchase from the distillers.
