Gluten-Free Dough

Ingredients
- 200 g rice
- 50 g quinoa
- 20 g brown sugar
- 125 g semi-salted butter
- 1 egg
- 50 g water
Instructions
- Place the rice in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min 30 sec / speed 10 and set aside
- Put the quinoa in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min 30 sec / speed 10 and set aside.
- Put the sugar and egg in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.
- Add the soft butter, rice and quinoa flours, and water to the mixing bowl and turn on the Kneading mode /2 min.
- Transfer the dough to a sheet of cling film, wrap it up and set it aside in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Unwrap the dough and place it on a floured work surface, then roll it out with a rolling pin. Line a pie tin or use a cookie cutter to cut out tarts.
