- 400 g frozen peas
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of fresh mint (approx. 40 g)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Cook the peas according to the instructions on the package.
- Wash the mint and remove the mint leaves from the stems.
- Add the drained peas, mint leaves and other ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Store in the fridge until serving time.
